Truly an experience. And I do mean an experience because I made everyone *krazy*! Look, I'm from New York and I'm used to going to a steakhouse and having a big steak cooked in under 5 minutes. I have show tickets waaaay across town. I tell the hostess that we have show tickets and have to leave in 80 minutes. Oh no I'm told, the steak prep alone takes two hours. I planned this dining experience for months! There is no "I" in TEAM so let's get this done. My waiter, a true professional, understands how I want to have it all: to enjoy a spectacular meal and be sitting in my seats before the first act. I order some very wild starters: Shrimp Cocktail, Foie Gras cotton candy lollipops, Caviar Cones and Crackling pig skin to start. After my order is placed and I have my cocktail, I see this is a beautiful and serious restaurant. There are multiple kitchens?? Wow. The Shrimp Cocktail comes out first. Simply elegant in its presentation, I hate to mess it up! Very large shrimp that are cooked perfectly. The Foie Gras cotton candy lollipops I'm told is a one bite entree. It's a large piece and my wife is able to follow my lead as we went down this culinary rabbit hole. There's too many sensations at once. The childhood memories of enjoying big gobs of cotton candy wrapped around a large piece of savory Foie Gras?? I still can't describe fully what it was and I could have eaten 5 more pieces! The caviar cones come to the table. Each cone is a small but intense bite. Salty, briny caviar on top with a creme fraiche interior. Again, sensory experience to the highest level. Super-Giant Pork-Skin Chicharrón was a fun, table side treat. The waiter comes over with this gigantic Pork Skin?? They fold it and then smash it with a hammer. Once the Pork Skin is sized to a manageable level, its put into a serving cone along with a side of Mexican crema espuma. Did I just describe heaven? Now I'm starting to get full but I ordered the "VACA VIEJA" Rib Eye steak. A beautiful portion of meat that was cooked by professional chefs. Seasoned perfectly, this was a meat fest of epic proportions. Folks, I am so glad the chefs and wait staff made it all happen for us. Dining here was the highlight of our trip. After I paid the check, I called an Uber and was whisked to the theater with 5 minutes to spare before the show started. I highly recommend Bazaar Meat by José Andrés.

Celebration: Husband's Birthday. This place is located inside the Sahara Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. Parking was free! Very easy to find inside the casino. Ambiance: dark interior with different stations all over the restaurant. They had an open fire grill in front of the restaurant. Pretty cool to see. There is a dress code, (they texted me the day before for reminder), but I did noticed some people were wearing khakis shorts and tennis shoes. As we were seated, there was an envelope on the table with a birthday card. Nice touch. Food: we made a mistake of not looking at the menu before going. It was a little overwhelming. Took us awhile to read through them but really just making a decision. They had 2 pre-fixed menu ($200 and $290). It had a lot of items but none we really wanted so we went with ala carte. At the end it did cost more than the pre-fixed but at least we got what we wanted. All the food we ordered was excellent. Expectation exceeded. We ordered the wagyu A5. They cooked it on a stone from japan. It was fun to watch and the wagyu practically melted in your mouth. I, of course had to order the lobster. It was cooked to perfection. It came with mushroom and sauce. The sauce had great flavor but the mushroom itself was not to my taste. My husband loved it though. Over all it was wonderful experience! Highly recommend if you wish to celebrate something special and be ready to pay $$$.

Amazing tasting Menu. Service: Above the rest. Waitress was extremely knowledgeable and informed us of the best pairings. We tried the best tasting menu, paired with their best drinks. Just me and my date, we spent above a thousand dollars, for our dinner and don't regret a single bite. Well worth every penny. This was our second time doing our tasting menu here. The food selection and quality is top notch. Foods, meats and blends that I would have never thought of trying that absolutely blew our taste buds away. We had so much food, but kept wanting more of every single round of foods that would come out. We did get the A5 table side cooked on a salt rock. And the ultimate tasting. We ordered all kinds of cocktails, the smoky ones and whatever the bartender recommended, nothing was a miss. Ambiance is classy and elegant. My date and I had such a blast we almost got hitched at a nearby channel. So be careful who you have this experience with, it'll be a core memory for you. Highly recommend!

If you're sick of your average steak house then I recommend coming to Bazaar Meat. I sat at the bar and got the Ultimate Tasting. The bar area was a big white square. I can't explain it but I was not feeling it. Overall the experience as far as the food goes was amazing. Caviar cone was something I didn't think I would like but it was delicious. A5 cooked tables side. Staff serving the food was difficult to understand and one only didn't speak English. I opted to go to the hostess stand to get a menu. Overall I enjoyed my experience and recommend trying it out if you want something different.
